Italy - Walk together (ANS – Rome, 13/03/2006)
In the 11/3 a meeting between the Confederal Council of FMA Expupils and the Confederal Committee of the World Confederation of Don Bosco Expupils took place in Rome in the Seat of the World Confederation. With the management of the 2 World Presidents, misses Carolina Fiorica and mister Francesco Muceo, and with the participation of the 2 World Delegates, sr. Maritza Ortiz and don Jeronimo Monteiro, the members discussed important themes that include a bigger collaboration between the 2 realities of the Salesian Family. Particularly they discussed the role of the Confederations remarking the imporatance of the common values, in the society and in the church. During the meeting they decided to carry out a project of common education based on the ufficial documents of the “Union” magazine of the Expupils Confederation and of the 2 web sites that the Confederations realized. To achieve this target a commission will be established that will study a formation plan especially for the young people. The plan for the 2008 Centenarian of the Association of FMA Expupils and it is debated on international common meetings. The first meeting will be for the Young Expupils of Latin America, it will take place in Chile up 13 to 16/4. Another theme was the adoptions at a distance carried out from expupils Association. The meeting ended with the celebration of the Eucharist presided by the Confederal Delegate that remarked the importance of the meeting. Don Adriano Bregolin, Vicar of the Chancellor said thanks for the care of the 2 associations in the Salesian Family del Rettor Maggiore.
